Dr. Rudra Datt Pandey is combination of immense research, varied reading and specialization in the field of labour law compliances. Having completed his legal education, Dr.Pandey continued his studies with Diploma in Taxation, Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Education, Master of Business Administration (Cost-Accounting) in addition to Ph.D. in Criminology. His Diploma in Labour Laws tilted his inclination towards the labour laws compliances, which he has been practicing ever since 1992.

The efforts which have been taken by Dr. Pandey lead him to represent the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation for 1998 to 2004, wherein he moved towards independent practice. He represents Employees' State Insurance Corporation as well as Central Excise Department in the Rewa revenue division. On the private practice he is regularly consulted in labour law compliance by Hotel Taj Group, Hotel Oberoi as well as Hotel Wild India Resorts for their resorts in Bandhavgarh, Kanha-Kisli, Panna & Pench National Parks.
